Our First Day of Preschool

We had an OUTSTANDING first day of preschool!  It was great to meet our new friends!

We read a story called, "The Kissing Hand."  It was about Chester the raccoon and his first day of school. Chester was a little scared about being away from his Mommy while he was at school. Chester's Mommy gave him a 'kissing hand' so that he could feel his Mommy's love even when he wasn't with her. After we read the story, we drew a picture of our first day of preschool and we made a raccoon just like Chester!!

We had a yummy snack of goldfish and strawberries and we learned a new blessing to say before we eat our food.  The blessing that we are learning this month is:
    A, B, C, D, E, F, G.
    Thank you God, for feeding me.
    Amen.

After snack, we got to go outside and play on the playground! 

We had so much fun at our first day of preschool!
