P Week

We had a great week learning about the letter P, the number 16, and the pentagon.

On Monday, we had Pancakes and Pajama Day!  We loved getting to wear our pajamas to school!

We read a silly story about pigs that had a pajama party!

We also read If You Give a Pig a Pancake.

We got to help Ms. Veronica make the pancakes that we were going to have for snack.

We used the same recipe that Ms. Veronica uses to make pancakes for her family.

Ms. Veronica measured out all of the ingredients that we needed to make our pancakes.

We all got a chance to mix the batter for our pancakes!

Ms. Veronica cooked the pancakes on the skillet.

We really enjoyed eating our pancakes!!!

We added another page to our alphabet book.  We made pigs with the letter P.

We worked on the shape of the week by cutting out pentagons and gluing them in order from smallest to largest.

We had fun playing with Mr. Potato Head and with the puppets!

We also played Hot Potato and worked on identifying letters.

We tried pickles for snack.  Some of us were more willing to try them than others!  :)

We got to play our "guitars" in music!

We love Show and Tell!

Next week, we will be learning about the letter Q, the number 17, and the heart.  :)
